I received an item that is damaged/defective, what should I do?For items purchased directly from our website, if you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us.immediately with a photo of the damage as well as your order number. We’ll take it from there!
I received my order but an item is missing, what should I do?If you received your order but are missing items, please contact us. within 7-14 business days of delivery.Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions & claims we cannot be held responsible for missing items in orders outside of that timeframe.
My order tracking # isn’t workingPlease allow 1-4 days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed from the time the carrier receives the package.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything yet.Oh no! If the tracking shows delivered, but you haven’t received it within 3 business days of its delivery date, please contact us. We ask for you to contact your local USPS, UPS or Route Shipping Insurance to file a claim for the missing package before we can proceed with a reshipment or refund. However, don’t forget to ask neighbors and roommates before taking that extra step!
