My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything yet.Oh no! If the tracking shows delivered, but you haven’t received it within 3 business days of its delivery date, please contact us. We ask for you to contact your local USPS, UPS or Route Shipping Insurance to file a claim for the missing package before we can proceed with a reshipment or refund.
